All policies are lawful, firm, and non-negotiable. Claims made against The Real Over You LLC that violate our stated policies may be considered fraudulent. Chargeback claims will not be honored when a feasible resolution has been offered in accordance with our policies.

Q: Have you received my return and how long does processing take?

A: Please allow up to 10 business days from the time tracking confirms delivery to process your return. You will receive an email once your store credit has been issued.
