Return Policy

Customers have 14 days from the fulfillment date to return eligible items.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Any items returned worn, damaged, washed, or without tags will be returned to the customer.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All approved returns will receive store credit only in the form of an e-gift card sent to the email address the order was placed with. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the original purchase date and excludes original shipping fees and taxes.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. A $4.95 return shipping label will be provided and deducted from the issued store credit.

Items marked FINAL SALE or purchased from the sale section are not eligible for return.

Returns submitted after the 14-day return window will not be accepted.

Please allow 2 business days from the date your return is received for processing. You will receive an email notification once your store credit has been issued.

Rejected Returns

If a return is rejected, you will be notified via email and given 14 days to pay for return shipping. If shipping is not paid within this timeframe, the item(s) will be discarded. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all return requirements are met.
